Job description
  • Basic $2500 - $3200
  • 5 days (8.30am – 6.00pm)
  • Location: Jurong Area
  • Transport provided from Jurong East, CCK, Serangoon, Bishan

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, facilitating interviews, conducting reference checks when needed, and making employment offers.
  • Review recruitment and sourcing strategies on a regular basis.
  • Prepare HR documentation for employees' P-files and payroll processing.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
  • Manage strategic initiatives such as graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs, etc.
  • Coordinate employee events and activities, including training sessions, team building events, and employee recognition programs.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in HR/ Business or other relevant field.
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in HR/ admin role.
