Job description

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. This role involves a range of tasks, including recruitment, employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Hiring:
    1. Post job advertisements on various platforms
    2. Coordinate interviews and assessments
    3. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts
  2. Employee Data Management:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
    2. Update HR systems and databases
    3. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  3. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
    1. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
    2. Maintain knowledge of changing regulations and legislation
  4. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    1. Provide support for employee relations and engagement initiatives
    2. Coordinate employee events and activities
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    1. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
    2. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
    3. Address payroll matters

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in HR systems and software
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
