The successful candidate will assist in managing full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and compliance.
Posting job advertisements on job boards and screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Handle employees on/offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance.
Coordinate and manage Learning and Development activities, including training records, schedules, and evaluations.
Process monthly payroll, including tracking attendance, overtime, and leave records via HRIS System.
Handle employees' benefits such as medical claims, insurance coverage, and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, etc.).
Ensure adherence to Singapore labour laws and company policies.
Ensure that employee data is up-to-date in the HR system.
Process IRAS Tax filing.
Submit insurance claims (WICA, worker medical insurance).
Handle worker course registration.
Arrange worker dormitory.
Submit MOM survey.
Other job duties assigned by superior.
