Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile and motivated HR to join our team for a 6-month internship/part-time work, combining responsibilities in Social Media Marketing and Organizational Development. This dual-role opportunity is perfect for candidates who are creative, analytical, and passionate about contributing to both the external and internal growth of the organization.

Job Description

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop engaging and trendy social media content, including captions, visuals, and videos, tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and strategic objectives.
  • Assist in creating a social media content calendar that supports marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
  • Schedule and monitor posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and reach.

Organizational Development

  • Assist in planning, designing, and implementing organizational development programs, including training, team-building, and change management initiatives.
  • Create presentations, reports, and resources to support training and development efforts.
  • Help evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives and provide solutions for improvement.
  • Assist in facilitating workshops, team meetings, and focus groups.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree, or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, OBHR, Business Administration/Management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media management tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred (i.e., part-time, freelance, or internship).

What makes a Super! HR Projects Assistant/Intern

  • Knowledge of organizational development models (e.g., Burke Litwin, McKinsey 7S etc).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc).
  • Prior involvement in planning and executing events/projects.
