Job Description

  1. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, payroll system, Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Organization Skill, Positive Attitude, flexibility
  2. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  3. Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications.
  4. Handle all clearance for resigned staff.
  5. Compiling employee’s time records, verify timesheets and overtime.
  6. Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the operations.
  7. Generate reports to Managers.
  8. Accountable for data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness.
  9. Facilitate all staff movements, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition at every stage.
  10. Process contract renewals and work pass applications/renewals.

Requirements

  1. Hold a degree, preferably in an HR related field.
  2. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, reliability, and personal integrity to handle confidential information.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act.
  5. Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  6. Be a team player with initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
