Job Responsibilities:
Oversee HR and administrative functions, providing information, advice, and resolving employee queries and HR issues promptly.
Support the recruitment process, including handling recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee orientation.
Manage work pass-related matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinating medical check-ups for employees.
Maintain and update records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Liaise with insurance agents regarding employee Health and Safety (H&S) claims, including submission and documentation.
Keep track of employee attendance and leave records.
Manage the company’s ESG and CSR programs, including liaising with relevant stakeholders and reporting to headquarters and coordinators.
Oversee the company’s welfare programs and monthly activities.
Assist with travel arrangements such as ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and providing employment certification letters for visa applications.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in HRM or other relevant qualification.
Interact with China & Taiwan counterpart.
Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act and MOM procedures.
Independent team player with the ability to multi-task.
