Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, including challenges and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced or multi-functional environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
