About the Team
As a part of the global ZF Group, ZF aftermarket product has been a reliable partner for over 100 years within the automotive and industrial industry.

What you can look forward to as HR and Admin Generalist:

1. Execute all HR transactions and administrative processes, including payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. HRIS Maintenance: regularly input and update employee data in the HRIS system, including personal information, contract terms, and benefits details.
3. Policy Compliance and Implementation: define and implement internal HR practices that align with labor laws and organizational policies.
4. HR Projects and Initiatives: support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance management initiatives.
5. Ad-Hoc Administrative Operations Support: provide support for general office administrative tasks, and coordination of office events and training sessions.

Your Profile as HR and Admin Generalist:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (HRM) or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
3. Proven track record in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
4. Skills Preferred: Multi-Tasking, Problem-Solving, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Skills, Relationship Building.
