You will be in-charge of the new hire onboarding process, including the benefits set up and documentation, so as to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Assisting staff with visa and filing matters.
Assisting in monthly payroll matters (Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, China).
Liaising with relevant departments on social events and team building events.
You will be supporting the global HR department for daily HR assistance and queries.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualifications.
Min 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Have experience with the onboarding process and payroll.
Familiar with supporting employees in multi-national countries.
Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
