Responsible for overall office administrations for Singapore office, this includes planning, meeting management, business reception, supply procurement, asset management, file keeping, and information security.
Support HR management, including personnel planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee training, onboarding/offboarding, performance evaluation, and culture building.
Support treasury management for the Singapore office, expenses management covering expense policy organization, budget planning, variance analysis, forecasting, as well as fee collection, reconciliation, and transactions with other subsidiaries.
The Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Business Admin or relevant discipline
3 to 5 years of experience in HR and office administration, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with Chinese business partners effectively
