Job description

CSM Academy was established in 2005 as a Private Education Institute dedicated to delivering Service Management programmes, with a strong focus on healthcare services education. We have developed our own intellectual property programmes in Aged Care, Healthcare (Therapy), and Biomedical Science. Additionally, we partner with esteemed universities from the UK and Australia to offer their BSc Nursing & Health, Gerontology & Mental Health courses. To date, we have trained thousands of staff from hospitals and nursing homes across Singapore, emphasizing the application of knowledge and skills competency in the workplace.

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, resignations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus (if applicable) and leave applications
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Manage the department’s telephone centre and address potential students’ enquiries accordingly
  • Assist student services department to recruit and enrol students. Training will be provided by a Senior staff and in future to help apply for Student Passes for foreign students via Immigration and Customs Authority portal called SOLAR PLUS.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing orientation packages and explaining company policies
  • Any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or Deputy CEO.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE “O” or “N” Level Certificate with passes in English and Maths.
  • Computer Skills for Microsoft’s Word and Excel software is a must.
  • At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Strong passion to help students achieve their lifelong learning goals.
  • Must be open to learning new processes and standards.
  • Must be student-oriented and enforce strict attendance requirements.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Have good organizing & planning skills, high work standards, and able to adapt to changes.
  • Able to problem solve, have high-stress tolerance & good decision-making skills.
