Job description

Our client from a diverse portfolio, primarily focused on property development, property investment, and hospitality. The company is renowned for its commitment to delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial properties, alongside strategic investments in hotels and other hospitality assets. They are seeking for HR & Admin Senior/Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process end-to-end payroll for all employees using the HR Payroll System
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including CPF contributions, income tax filings, and other mandatory deductions
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and provide necessary reports.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Maintain and update employees P-files and data
  • Handle HR functions - recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management cycles, including appraisal coordination and feedback facilitation
  • Assist on other adhoc HR matters assigned by HR Director/Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Payroll or equivalent
  • Experience in BIPO HR Software is an added advantage or other HRIS System
  • At least 2 to 4 year of working experience in related field
  • Experience in payroll processing within Hospitality/Property Management/Real Estate/Constructions or other industry
  • Experience in Payroll including OT processing
  • Experience in HR Generalist role
  • Strong local employment law knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office eg. MS Excel & Word.
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice
