Job description

Responsibilities:
Office Admin Support
Manage general administrative tasks such as attending to visitors, managing office supplies, inventory, equipment and oversee the maintenance of the office environment, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and conducive.
Configure and setup end user machines such as desktops and laptops.
Provide end user support to internal colleagues.
Perform 1st tier basic IT support role to support end-users' computing needs by adopting standard ITIL processes.
Keep track of all end-user computing software licenses, assets inventory and accessories/peripherals.
HR Admin Support
Assist in arrangements for meetings, events, and office gatherings.
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits & claims, leave management, training and payroll.
Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
Oversee and ensure timely application and renewal of work passes.
Update work pass holder personal details to MOM e.g., address, passport details etc.
Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR and Admin Team as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration or HR support roles.
Possess at least diploma in Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of administrative processes and basic HR practices in Singapore.
