Job Scope:
• Handle full cycle of HR & Administrative Operations.
• Update HR policies to comply with labor laws and industry standards.
• Manage the complete recruitment process (job postings, interviews, candidate selection).
• Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Implement and manage performance appraisals and employee development programs.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring government compliance.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Review salary structures, bonuses, and incentive plans.
• Organize internal and external training for employee development.
• Manage office operations, including leases, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, safety, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource (Construction Industry).
• Experience in handling work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration (100 – 150 headcounts).
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
