The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Jurong East
  • Work hours: 9am - 6pm; hybrid work arrangement
  • Up to $3,100 + AWs + VB

Adecco is excited to partner with a leading cyber security and network performance solutions company that is seeking a HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you're looking to advance your HR career with a focus on payroll and generalist responsibilities, this is the perfect role for you to expand and grow. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, this position offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic and reputable organization.

The Role:

  • Assist in processing the full set of monthly payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely update of employee records.
  • Submit CPF contributions, NS make-up claims, government-paid leave reimbursement claims, and IRAS tax reporting.
  • Manage and organize HR documentation and paperwork.

The Talent:

  • Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or any other relevant courses.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Pro-active and detail-oriented.
