Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work passes including workers' repatriation
  2. Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL
  3. Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others
  4. Submission of Tax clearance
  5. Update and maintain Personnel data file
  6. Prepare Employment Contract
  7. WICA Insurance Claim
  8. Take care of Dormitory & Catering arrangement for workers
  9. Arrangement of Skilled Course enrollment for Workers
  10. Co-ordinate with Supervisor & prepare schedule for daily workers allocation at site
  11. Planning of company annual event
  12. Provide support in administrative tasks
  13. Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal
  14. FWMI & WICA Renewal
  15. Submission of Government Claims such as maternity leave, childcare leave etc.
  16. Handling of Government Grant application such as Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc.
  17. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years Experience in full spectrum of HR Duties preferably in construction sector
  2. Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
  3. Experience in Infotech is an advantage
  4. Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
  5. Knowledge of Times Payroll software is an added advantage
  6. Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
  7. Working day: 5 Days (after confirmation), 5.5 Days (during probation)
  8. Working area: Woodlands
