Support the People Experience Department in all HR-related matters such as records maintenance, documents/letters preparation, reports & presentation preparation, minutes taking and purchasing invoicing processing.
Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and/ HRIS team on service requests and system testing.
Administer benefits and claims.
Support the HRIS Helpdesk to resolve employees queries/ requests.
Handle training administration and logistics coordination for in-house organised courses.
Perform training administration duties such as maintaining training records, training enrolment and training grant record tracking.
Assist in organising of employee engagement activities.
Any Other ad-hoc tasks and office administration duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in relevant field with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
Solid organisation skills and meticulous
Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Matured and independent team player, self-motivated and creative with problem-solving skill
Familiar with HR functions and knowledge of SAP or Workday will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office skill
1 year contract with full benefits +completion bonus, extendable & subject to conversion
