HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding – Posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding.
Payroll & Compensation – Assisting in payroll processing, CPF contributions, and leave administration.
Employee Relations – Handling grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Training & Development – Coordinating employee training programs.
HR Policies & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to MOM regulations, workplace safety, and employee benefits.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Management – Overseeing office supplies, vendor management, and maintenance.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintaining HR records, contracts, and employee databases.
Support for Management – Assisting in meetings, reports, and administrative tasks.
