Job Responsibilities:
Induction for new office: setup of workstation, telephone extension, issuance of welcome kit, office orientation, equipment/processes familiarization etc.
Procure & manage office supplies/equipment e.g. stationeries, sundries, maintenance/repair/replacement of equipment/pantry appliances.
Support day to day operations of the Human Resource & Admin Department.
Process full set monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare HR-related documents e.g. Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Performance Appraisal Forms, Leave Records, etc.
Office housekeeping and ensuring overall cleanliness.
Knowledge & experience in logistics documentation & shipment arrangements with local & overseas forwarders will be an added advantage.
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in human resource and administration.
Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail and organizing skills.
Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese to effectively process sales orders and interact with Chinese-speaking customers.
