Responsibilities
Human Resource functions:
- Review and ensure compliance with Company policies and relevant legislation.
- Manage full recruitment functions from posting of job vacancies to on-boarding activities.
- Manage all work pass applications, renewals, cancellations.
- Manage compensation and benefits program including insurances renewals, e-Leave system, MSF and NS claims, etc.
- Process monthly payroll, income tax submission and other claims.
- Propose and review annual salary and bonus based on market trends and statistics.
- Propose, implement and review performance evaluation program.
- Propose, implement and review employees' training development plans.
- Manage off-boarding activities including exit interviews, insurance cancellations, etc.
- Maintain HR related records, organization charts and employee directory.
Office Administration functions:
- Manage office facilities and supplies.
- Preparation of memos, visa letters, etc.
- Renewal of relevant permits and licenses.
- Booking of air tickets, hotel and transport.
- Prepare and support internal audit activities.
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in HR discipline.
- Min. 2 years' experience in HR Generalist role.
- Well-versed in employment and HR related legislation.
