Job description

Our Client:

  • Manufacturer

  • 5 Days

  • Tampines

  • Up to $3000 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

  2. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal stakeholders.

  3. Prepare and monitor attendance reports; verify timesheets for temporary staff.

  4. Coordinate daily meal orders with vendors and manage catering services for company events.

  5. Monitor pantry inventory and office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.

Requirements:

  1. Min Diploma Certificate

  2. Min 1 year of administrative experience

  3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
