Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and monitor attendance reports; verify timesheets for temporary staff.
Coordinate daily meal orders with vendors and manage catering services for company events.
Monitor pantry inventory and office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
Requirements:
Min Diploma Certificate
Min 1 year of administrative experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
