What You’ll Do:

Be the Backbone of Our Office

1. Manage phone calls, emails, and handle everyday administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Office Space & Facilities Management

1. Ensure our office is well-maintained, stylish, and functional. You'll oversee repairs, maintenance, and space planning to keep our work environment fresh and motivating.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

1. Build relationships with our service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations for office supplies, equipment, and services.

Keep the Office Stocked

1. Track and maintain inventory levels for office supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and orders are placed as needed.

Track & Manage Budgets

1. Help track office expenses, assist in budgeting, and contribute to cost-effective practices to keep our financial goals on track.

Be the Event Hero

1. Play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and team spirit.

Support HR Functions

1. Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
2. Help coordinate employee engagement activities to build a positive and inclusive culture.
3. Manage and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
4. Support HR with payroll administration, leave tracking, and benefit management.
5. Assist with performance reviews and help prepare relevant documentation for HR processes.
