Job description

HR & Payroll

  1. Assist to prepare payroll for Malaysia office.
  2. Involved in Recruitment Process – schedules job interviews.
  3. Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contract for new hire, NDA).
  4. Apply/cancel Work Pass.
  5. Updating Internal HR Database.
  6. Organizing and maintaining personnel records, organization chart, staff training records, etc.
  7. Plan and arrange training for staff.
  8. Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.

Corporate Level

  1. Assist on ISO documents and other corporate certification applications and/or renewals.
  2. Communicating with external partners to renew company vehicle insurance, etc.
  3. Corporate mobile line renewal, etc.
  4. Other day-to-day activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR based in Malaysia/Singapore.
  2. Payroll experience is an advantage.
  3. Excellent knowledge of labour/employment laws, prevailing market practices, and government initiatives.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws and regulations; familiarity with Malaysia labor requirements is an added advantage.
  6. Good initiative, resourceful, and meticulous.
  7. Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
