Job description
HR & Payroll
Assist to prepare payroll for Malaysia office.
Involved in Recruitment Process – schedules job interviews.
Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contract for new hire, NDA).
Apply/cancel Work Pass.
Updating Internal HR Database.
Organizing and maintaining personnel records, organization chart, staff training records, etc.
Plan and arrange training for staff.
Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
Corporate Level
Assist on ISO documents and other corporate certification applications and/or renewals.
Communicating with external partners to renew company vehicle insurance, etc.
Corporate mobile line renewal, etc.
Other day-to-day activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR based in Malaysia/Singapore.
Payroll experience is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of labour/employment laws, prevailing market practices, and government initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Singapore employment-related laws and regulations; familiarity with Malaysia labor requirements is an added advantage.
Good initiative, resourceful, and meticulous.
Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
