We are seeking a committed and organised Events Executive to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role presents an exhilarating chance to offer support to the Operations team in all executional tasks and customer event implementation. The successful candidate will be entrusted with coordinating and implementing internal and external events, tracking budgets, managing contracts, maintaining communication platforms, and collecting customer feedback data.

What you'll do:

• Offer support to Operations team in all executional tasks
• Coordinate and implement internal and external events
• Manage contracts and maintain communication platforms
• Provide implementation and administrative support to the Operations department
• Support end-to-end process of customer events
• Develop logistical materials for events
• Coordinate contracts (Vendor and HCP)
• Update event management system and manage data
• Liaise with vendors when meetings exceed in-house management capacity
• Track budget including accruals
• Plan travel and reservations
• Collect quality customer feedback data for better insights and planning

What you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role; pharmaceutical industry preferred but open to others
• Organised with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in coordinating logistics for events, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of budget tracking and contract management
• Experience in maintaining communication platforms, with proven ability to collect and analyse customer feedback data
