Housekeeping Supervisor - Holiday Inn Singapore Little India

Your day-to-day includes -

1. Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems
2. Perform room allocations
3. Perform room inspections
4. Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements
5. Ensure guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner
6. Co-ordinate special projects (e.g., site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)
7. Manage all special requests made by guests
8. Management of lost property for the hotel
9. Ensure you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts, and facilities
10. Manage storage areas
11. Maintain adequate stock levels
12. Complete stock takes as required
13. Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

What do we need from you -

1. Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping
2. Being a good team player
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
