HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are meticulous and have an eye for detail. You are in charge of room assignments and checking rooms to ensure cleanliness is compliant before they are released to welcome our guests. You are patient in guiding and supporting the room attendants and are ready to train them to comply with the needed brand standards whenever necessary.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

1. Supervising the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures related to bedroom, bathroom, valet, cleaning services, and linen maintenance
2. Ensuring guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner
3. Managing all special requests made by guests
4. Ensuring consistency within the department and managing lost property in the hotel
5. Working with superiors on all team member-related matters to ensure productivity
