Hotel Room Attendant

• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Work visa can be provided for this role

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

1. Organize work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures
2. Distribute linen, towels and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand
3. Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, mini bar
4. Replace dirty linens with clean items
5. Inspect and turn mattresses regularly
6. Store all dirty laundry in line with company policy
7. Replace laundry bags and slips
8. Check all appliances in rooms are in working order
9. Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
10. Respond to guest queries and requests
11. Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses
12. Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms
13. Organize and restock cart at the end of the shift
14. Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
15. Follow all company safety and security procedures
16. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
17. Observe and report damage of client's property
18. Vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstered furniture
