Answer telephone calls and emails on enquiries and confirmed bookings for room reservations
Ensure that all reservations are accepted, recorded and confirmed in accordance with the company policy
Enter room reservation requests and enter rooming lists
Handle modifications and cancellations of existing reservations according to guests’ requests, adhering to hotel policies and procedures
Provide daily reports on Reservations Statistics, including daily & weekly pick up
Manage and follow up on all deposit payments and ensure that the payments are received and communicated on time to Finance department and Front Office prior to the guest or group arrival
Manage no-show charges and cancellation fees ensuring proper documentation and processing
Ensure all correspondence are replied within 24 hours on a working day
Resolve booking issues or discrepancies professionally
Job Requirements
Must have experience in working with computers, especially with Word and Excel
Familiar with hotel operations technology and distribution channels
Fluent in spoken and written English to handle emails/telephone calls
Ability to work independently as well as a team player
