Operations Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the hotel's daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with department heads and staff to ensure operational consistency.

Guest Services:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any complaints or issues that arise, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, addressing areas for improvement.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff across various departments.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure team members are motivated and well-equipped to perform their duties.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial goals.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management and control expenditures on hotel supplies and services.

Marketing & Sales:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Implement and track promotional campaigns, special packages, and events.
  • Maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential revenue sources.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency protocols.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

  • Work with senior management to develop long-term strategies for growth and operational improvements.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial metrics for ownership or senior management.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
