Overview
The senior operations supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the overall operational aspects of SPD’s Hospitality Enclave Project under the Supported Employment Programme. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including trainees, employers, and the supported employment team, to ensure the smooth execution of the project, leading to the outcomes of achieving meaningful employment and independence for persons with disabilities.
The ideal candidate should possess a blend of relevant qualifications, work experience, and skillsets to effectively oversee the operational aspects of the project, while being heavily involved in the vocational training and job placement for the trainees.
