Job description

Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly entered into the system in a timely manner.
Assist to check on room availability.
Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations.
Prepare invoices and send confirmation details to customers.
Help to maximize room sales by up-selling.
Manage group reservations and rooming lists.
Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. Attained minimum NITEC or higher qualification.
  2. Preferably have working experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
  3. Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Able to multi-task and manage time, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  5. Knowledge of using Opera Cloud PMS will be an added advantage.
