    • Coordinate seasonal planting and rotation schedules, ensuring year-round plant growth and vibrant landscapes.

    • Assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring areas like greenhouses, planters, and surrounding buildings are properly cleaned.
    • Inspect work regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness, with attention to detail in areas affected by plant maintenance activities (e.g., fallen leaves, soil spillage).
    • Provide hands-on support to the cleaning team during busy times or for special cleaning tasks.
  4. Health, Safety, and Compliance:
    • Ensure all team members follow health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling plants, chemicals, or cleaning equipment.
    • Train staff on proper procedures for handling pesticides, fertilizers, and cleaning agents to minimize risk.
    • Maintain records for compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards for horticulture and cleaning operations.
  5. Staff Training and Development:

    • Provide guidance on plant care techniques, such as pruning, transplanting, and pest management.
    • Conduct training on cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use for the cleaning team.
    • Set performance expectations, conduct regular assessments, and provide feedback to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  6. Quality Control and Customer Interaction:
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all horticulture and cleaning activities meet quality standards.
    • Address client or resident feedback related to landscape aesthetics, cleanliness, or maintenance issues.
    • Communicate with residents or clients on landscaping projects, scheduled maintenance, and any activities that may impact them.
    • Address complaints or requests professionally, implementing solutions as needed to maintain satisfaction.
  7. Inventory and Equipment Management:
    • Maintain an inventory of horticultural supplies (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) and cleaning supplies (detergents, disinfectants, mops, brooms).
    • Ensure all equipment, including gardening tools and cleaning machines, is maintained and stored correctly.
    • Arrange for repairs or replacements of equipment as necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
  8. Sustainability and Environmental Practices:
    • Implement eco-friendly landscaping practices, such as water conservation, use of organic fertilizers, and waste reduction through composting.
    • Encourage the cleaning team to use environmentally safe products and minimize waste wherever possible.
    • Integrate sustainable practices into both horticultural and cleaning operations to support environmental stewardship.
