Home Care Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse (UP$7500 / 5 Days / Office Hours)

Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Home Care Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse.

Nurses with bedside nursing experiences are welcome to apply!

Benefits Summary:

• Salary up to $7500 (based on experiences and qualification)
• 5 Days, Office Hours
• Island wide
• AWS + 2-3 months performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Ensure nursing care services rendered are safe, competent and individualised
• Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control
• Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families or caregivers
• Coordinate the care of patients through an advising physician, provide direct patient care, evaluate patients’ conditions, and serve as the liaison between families and physicians
• Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required
• Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Palliative care & bedside nursing experiences are a plus!
