Job description

The spa manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a spa facility. They ensure that the spa provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience for its clients while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and overall operations. The spa manager also plays a vital role in managing staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the spa meets its financial goals.

Salary: Basic $3300 - $4000

Working Hours: 10:45 AM - 9 PM / 11:45 AM - 10 PM

Work Schedule: 5 days work week. Required to work on weekends and public holidays. Experience is needed (minimum 2 years relevant experience). Benefits include Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Birthday Off, and Performance Bonus.

Responsibilities

  1. Staff Management: The spa manager is responsible for managing and training spa staff. This includes hiring, evaluating performance, and addressing any employee-related issues.
  2. Customer Service: The spa manager ensures that all clients receive exceptional customer service. This includes greeting clients upon arrival, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  3. Inventory Management: The spa manager is responsible for tracking and maintaining the inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies. This includes ordering and receiving new stock, as well as ensuring that existing supplies are stocked and easily accessible.
  4. Marketing and Promotions: The spa manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing ones. This includes creating promotional campaigns, collaborating with local spas and salons, and organizing special events or promotions.
  5. Financial Management: The spa manager is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the financial aspects of the spa. This includes managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that financial goals are met.
  6. Safety and Compliance: The spa manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of the spa facility. This includes maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and implementing safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Strong Leadership Skills: The spa manager needs to be able to lead and motivate a team of employees. They should be able to delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and support when needed.
