Purpose and Scope

The BIM Team plays a crucial part in the Built Environment as they play a pivotal role in creating accurate and detailed 3D models. They use advanced BIM Modelling software like Revit to construct comprehensive BIM 3D models that incorporate all elements in a building or infrastructure.

The key scope includes coordinating the integration of models from different disciplines, such as architectural and structural models, facilitating communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, and conducting regular BIM coordination meetings to communicate project changes and resolve design conflicts and issues.

A BIM (Building Information Modelling) modeler is a professional who creates, manages, and maintains digital 3D models of buildings and other structures.

• BIM Designer in Civil & Structural BIM 3D Models
• BIM Designer in Mechanical BIM 3D Models
• BIM Designer in Electrical 3D Models

Requirements:

• Minimally a Specialist Diploma/Higher NITEC/Certificate in BIM (Building Management Modelling)
• Due to the sensitive nature of the projects, only Singaporean candidates can be considered.
