Hiin is Asia’s leading player in asphalt and fuel supply, seaborne and onshore logistics. Over the years we have ventured into asphalt and fuel trade and supply by building a full-scale trading network, an expert team workforce and extensive investments in infrastructure to support the network.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Graduates with 1-3 years’ work experience to support our teams in their daily operations and projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. With access to a regional network of expertise, you can make meaningful connections and continue your career development at Hiin.

You will be based in either our Singapore office for one of the following functions:

• Trade Operations

• CEO Office

• Shipping/Marine

You will shadow fellow team members to gain exposure to various aspects of the function.

You will actively participate in learning of our manuals and SOP governing the “Hiin” business policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus to speak with counterparts in China.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Adaptable and flexible to new tasks and environments

• An independent and a proactive approach to learning

• Attention to details, meticulousness, and numeracy skills

• Team player

• Effective communication, both written and verbal is essential
