Job description

Responsibilities:

General IT Support

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing system
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and application issues
  • Resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Document and track support requests for accurate resolution and follow-up
  • Guide end-users with troubleshooting steps and provide ongoing support
  • Assist with hardware setup, software installation, and system configurations
  • Perform IT maintenance, backups, and off-hour IT tasks as required
  • Conduct basic IT training sessions for end-users

Security Management

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures published under the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • Ensure compliance with ISMS standards and security best practices

Others

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities in Windows, macOS, and common software applications
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
