We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Singapore healthcare market. You will be responsible for selling T-System's innovative healthcare solutions to hospitals, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and government agencies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CMOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions using T-System's products.
Collaborate with presales and technical teams to conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor offerings.
Develop and manage a pipeline of healthcare clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Work closely with internal teams (presales, marketing, and customer success) to ensure seamless solution deployment.
Represent T-System at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to generate leads and brand awareness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field.
5 years in healthcare sales, preferably selling healthcare IT, EMR, cloud solutions, or digital health platforms.
Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
Ability to engage C-level executives, IT directors, and clinical leaders.
Comfortable with healthcare IT solutions, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based systems.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
