Our client is a leading Healthcare provider.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating the daily clinic operations activities and resource utilization to ensure cost efficient and effective management of the clinic.
• Alongside a partner, ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care.
• Involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals, and activities to improve work processes and service quality, collaborating with clinical, nursing, and allied health professionals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration disciplines.
• Experience in operations and/or planning preferably in healthcare will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
• Able to multi-task and get things done in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Other Information:

• Working Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat ends at 1pm.
• Location: Hougang.
• Up to S$4.5K Base + bonuses + attractive benefits!
