Job Summary:

This position is responsible for The Company’s relationship with a portfolio of strategic insurance providers in the healthcare insurance segment. The focus of the role is to drive profitable and sustainable growth in these accounts for The Company.

The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing an effective account plan based in-line with the overall account plan provided by the Sales & Marketing Head and CEO in The Company. This includes achieving set performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage healthcare insurance accounts and ensure that these clients' needs are met in a timely manner.
  2. Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare insurance clients and key stakeholders, and work to expand business opportunities for The Company.
  3. Act as primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered successfully and on time.
  4. Ensure sales targets are achieved and existing clients are retained.
  5. Identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them quickly and effectively. Help resolve customer issues and manage correspondence well.
  6. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

  1. A proven track record in consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiations with partners and clients.
  2. 5+ years experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within health insurance organizations.
  3. Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues.
  4. Intimate understanding of the insurance business levers and operational process in Singapore and regional markets.

Education:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. business, marketing, technology.

Skills:

  1. Analytical, strong in diagnostic of problems and resolution skills.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal, communications and presentations skills.
  3. Prior experience in working with healthcare insurance companies.
  4. Familiar with MS Tools, databases, statistics, product lines, healthcare insurance and latest medical issues, able to develop PowerPoint slides for customer presentations.
