Our Client is a specialized homeopathic clinic in Singapore. They are hiring a Healthcare Executive urgently.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Just-In-Time Inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
2. Raise purchase orders for medicines and essential supplies.
3. Handle online medicine purchases efficiently.
4. Process electronic payments for procurement transactions.
5. Purchase and manage stock for topicals, clinic essentials, stationery, and Pcare items.
6. Update the Topical & Pcare Master File.
7. Maintain and revise the Topical & Pcare Price List.
8. Track, confirm, and report delivery statuses for orders and follow up on unfulfilled purchase orders.
9. Assist the doctor with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
10. Perform month-end bookkeeping tasks, including:
1. Income and expenditure tracking
2. Accounts payable management
3. Bank statement reconciliation
4. Handling PAYNOW and NETS transactions
5. Manage banking-in processes for clinic transactions.
11. Supervise Clinic Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.

What you will receive:

1. AWS: 1 month
2. Variable Bonus (Depends on Company and Individual performance)
3. Annual Leave: 7 days
4. Medical Leave: 14 days

Requirements & Preferences:

Must:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in administration
2. Some knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control.
3. Familiarity with electronic payment systems (PAYNOW, NETS) and bookkeeping.
4. Computer savvy and able to adapt well with technology and in-house system
5. Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin patients.

Advantageous:

1. Preferably administration in a healthcare or clinic setting.
