As a Customer Service Associate in the Group Contact Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and their families — providing information, scheduling appointments, and offering support with compassion and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide warm, empathetic customer service to patients and caregivers via phone

• Offer accurate information on healthcare services and assist with inquiries

• Book, reschedule, and manage medical appointments

• Handle administrative duties (e.g., email follow-ups, referrals, emergency activation)

• Coordinate with internal hospital departments to resolve patient issues smoothly

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or contact centre industries (preferred)

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus

• Friendly and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Computer literate with good typing skills

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnights, weekends, and public holidays
