What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide warm, empathetic customer service to patients and caregivers via phone
Offer accurate information on healthcare services and assist with inquiries
Book, reschedule, and manage medical appointments
Handle administrative duties (e.g., email follow-ups, referrals, emergency activation)
Coordinate with internal hospital departments to resolve patient issues smoothly

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in healthcare or contact centre industries (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
Friendly and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate with good typing skills
Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnights, weekends, and public holidays
