Job Responsibilities

1. Providing assisted enrolment to patients
2. Guiding patients to enrol through healthcare app for patients with Singpass
3. Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
4. Onboarding patients, including booking of Health Plan related appointments
5. Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS)

Requirements

1. Availability to commit to office hours 5.5 days
