Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full set of accounts & oversees the day-to-day activities of the Company.
• Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations.
• Produce timely and accurate financial statements and management accounts.
• Plan and coordinate the annual financial audit process.
• Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances and audit findings.
• Manage fixed assets, assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Support in performing bank reconciliations and Mediclaim reconciliations.
• Check accounts payable invoices and manage payments.
• Claims submission for funded projects.
• Handle Quarterly GST reporting.
• Oversee operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle ad hoc tasks such as system enhancements and support for the new service center.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, demonstrating meticulousness and the capability to handle pressure effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused mindset.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adept at meeting tight deadlines.
• Proven multitasking abilities while maintaining a motivated and positive attitude.
• Proficient in SAP FI & CO modules, including FI-GL/AP/AR and CO- CC/IO/PC, as well as good in Microsoft Excel.
