Health Screening Sales Person
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Health Screening Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by actively promoting and selling our health screening services to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Actively prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, their features, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and articulate how our offerings meet their specific needs.
4. Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate target markets, identify key decision-makers, and generate new business opportunities.
5. Pipeline Management: Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline and consistently update customer information, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
6. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations to prospects, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings.
7. Negotiations and Closing: Lead negotiation processes, address objections, and successfully close sales deals within established timelines.
8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Identify opportunities for business development and growth.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales efforts.
10. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement of targets to sales management.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in achieving sales targets.
3. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs, build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals. Experience in consultative selling is a plus.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and negotiations.
