Job scope:

• Leading a team of speech therapists
• A Principal Speech Therapist (Clinical) manages specialty areas of clinical services and continuity of care for clients.
• Responsibilities include assessing and treating clients with a wide range of swallowing or communication disorders, evaluating and implementing programmes, planning and developing new clinical services, leading inter-department initiatives and providing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.
• The individual should possess leadership skills and be creative, assertive, collaborative, observant and systematic.

Requirements:

• Min Deg in speech therapist / other relevant certification
• Min 6 yrs working experience as speech therapist
• Good leadership qualities
