We are currently looking for Head Spa Therapists

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Casual-Temporary

Starting rate: $3,000 - 3,500

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Spa Therapist to lead our spa team and provide exceptional wellness experiences for our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist senior stylists and colorists in various hair services, including but not limited to shampooing, conditioning, and color application.
• Stay updated on the latest hair care trends and techniques to enhance skills and contribute to the team's overall expertise.
• Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services.
• Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field.
• Maintain spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor stock levels of in-house products and ensure that stock levels are maintained at all times.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 6 months - 1 year related experience.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Beauty Therapy Certificate is a PLUS (but not required).
• Positive attitude and cheerful.
• Service oriented, well-groomed, responsive, and alert.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
