Head Service Ambassador/Crew Leader

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Upselling of bakery items
2. Handle customers' enquiries (both walk-in and phone)
3. Responsible for handling the cashier
4. Manage stock take and inventory
5. Handle Duty Roster/Staff Schedule
6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor/Superior

Requirements

1. Able to work in rotating shifts
2. East Coast Outlet: 7am - 5pm / 11am - 9pm | 10 hours shift
3. Changi Airport T2 Outlet: 8am - 6pm / 12pm - 10pm | 10 hours shift
4. Able to work in either location as required
5. Able to work on Public holidays and weekends
6. Good communication skills
7. On-the-job training will be provided
8. Barista experience is a plus
