Head of Treasury Marketing

A leading financial institution is looking for a Head of Treasury Marketing to lead its Treasury Marketing Unit in Singapore and drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and product advisory. This is a senior front-office role requiring deep expertise in FX and derivatives sales, client relationship management, and market advisory to support corporate clients across the region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping treasury solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring strong governance and compliance standards.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-centric Head of Treasury Marketing to lead our Treasury Marketing Unit (TMU) in Singapore. This senior-level role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue, growing our corporate client base, and delivering customized FX and derivatives solutions. You will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and internal stakeholders to provide top-tier advisory services and execute client trades. This is a front-office, leadership role that requires strategic thinking, market insight, and proven sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Development

• Achieve TMU revenue targets aligned with the department budget
• Collaborate with RMs to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships
• Promote treasury products and services (especially FX and derivatives)

Advisory & Execution

• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations on hedging
• Execute FX and derivative transactions on behalf of corporate clients

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure strict compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies

Leadership & Administration

• Lead or oversee TMU operations
• Support strategic initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial services (ideally in treasury sales or trading)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• High level of teamwork and a deep customer-first mindset
• Proven ability to tailor financial solutions to complex client needs
