Head of Technical Shipping Services

Are you a visionary leader in maritime technical services? We are looking for a Head of Technical Shipping Services to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth in our client's global operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage P&L responsibility, ensuring financial sustainability and growth for the Business unit.
• Oversee ship repair, dry docking, retrofitting, and condition monitoring services.
• Lead business development initiatives, driving commercial success and new opportunities.
• Build and lead high-performing teams while collaborating with key stakeholders worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in the maritime or ship management industry, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's / master's degree in marine engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of technical operations, project management, and financial oversight.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and optimize costs.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier technical services.
